In 1952, John Butler, Sr. started Butler Bros. with one basic vision - to provide personalized service and quality products at a fair price. Although our company has grown substantially since its inception, John's vision still guides us today in our unwavering commitment to provide total customer satisfaction.  Over the years, we have been most fortunate to partner with many great suppliers.  Our suppliers' products, combined with our knowledgeable sales team, provide you with everything you need to increase productivity and lower transactional costs.  

As a continuing family owned and operated business, Butler Bros. is able to meet your expectations with ease and flexibility.  We have a 54,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility located in Lewiston, Maine, with a showroom that displays many of the industrial and packaging machines we offer. To better serve our customers located to our south and west, we also have branch locations in New London, New Hampshire; Randolph, Massachusetts; and East Syracuse, New York.  (view locations)

Patrick F. ButlerPresident
Patrick F. Butler is President and sole owner of Butler Bros. Lewiston, Maine. Pat is a graduate of the University of Vermont (1979) with a degree in Marketing and Business Management. Pat has been with the family business since his graduation. The Company was founded by Pat’s dad (John T. Butler Sr.) in 1952 and was purchased by Pat in 1987. The Company is based in Lewiston, Maine with branch locations in Randolph, MA., New London, NH., and E. Syracuse, NY.











 
 Ken Adams Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ken Adams was named Vice President of Sales & Marketing in December of 2010.  He had been Sales Manager since being hired in January of 2002. As Sales Manager, Ken was instrumental in developing Butler Bros. S.M.A.R.T. Supply Solutions (formerly Partner-ship Programs).Prior to these roles, he served as Vice President for IDG, responsible for the company’s sales in New England.  As Vice President, New England Sales, Ken oversaw the integration of five individual companies' sales efforts. In that post, he was on the national team that developed IDG’s Flexible Procurement Solutions. Ken grad-uated from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a major in Marketing and Computer Science. He has also served on several major OEM Distributor Advisory Boards.

 
 Pauline Cote

Operations Manager

Pauline Cote was named Operations Manager in January, 2011. She has been with Butler Bros. since 1981. Prior to this role, Pauline served as Customer Service Manager.  She has also worked in the Accounting Department and Purchasing Department. Through her years of service, Pauline has been able to continue servicing Butler customers in her existing role and cherishes the relationships that have been built over the years.










 

 

 

 A.J. LyleCustomer Service Manager
A.J. Lyle was named Customer Service Manager in November of 2011.  A.J. has been a member of the Butler Bros. team since 2003. Prior to Customer Service Manager, she served in administrative roles, moving to Customer Service in 2006. A.J. graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Leadership in Organizat- ional Studies and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences.  




 
 Heather L. BenoitHuman Resources Manager
Heather L. Benoit has held the position of Human Resources Manager since August of 2004. She was promoted into this role from Executive Assistant to the President and Vice President. Prior to these roles, Heather lived and worked in the Boston area. She had a brief career in the biotechnology field working with the Business and Market Development Departments at Biogen (now Biogen/Idec) in Cambridge, MA. Heather received her education at the University of Maine in Orono, Maine between 1993 and 1997. Her course of study was Kinesiology and Physical Education. 
 
 Tom RiouxPurchasing Manager 
Tom Rioux has been with Butler Bros. since March of 1999 as Purchasing Manager.  He is certified in Purchasing Management.  Tom is also a member of the Supply Chain Advisory Council for St. Gobain Abrasives, serving on the council for many years.  Before Joining Butler Bros in 1999,  he served his country in the United States Air Force in Supply Logistics Management for the First Fighter Squadron in Langley Air Force Base, VA.    He also worked for Americomm starting as an Inventory Management Specialist, and later as a Production Supervisor.  Tom is a native of Lewiston, Maine.
